Help SD Card Problem

hi after i move avast antivirus and battery widget to sd card they are not auto starting. i see that when i install something on sd card its not autostarting.... how can i make them auto start. and is there a way to get menu like lg optimus net on my htc explorer like group style??

and i tried the android sdk to install app on sd without root. but go launcher etc still using phone memory even afer i move them to sd card.

Neither of those apps can run from the SD card. They must be in internal memory.
