sd card problem

my phone with model T-mobile mytouch 4g has a problem with SD card it gives a message of notifications that the sd card is not found insert again, so I remove it and pressing again later on starts to work and reading the picture that I saved and I can take a picture, so without removing it doesn't work, please I need your help.
