I had been using xtrRom for a while and decided to try out CELB, when I was wiping, I wiped the SD:ext partition before flashing (which I dont think I was supposed to do) and now my SD card isn't registering with the phone on the new ROM. Any advice?

You just need to repartition your card. In Recovery - go to Partition SD card and set your swap and ext to 0. It will ask you if you want to reformat the rest in FAT32, hit ok, let it do it's thing and reboot. You'll be good to go.

esO is correct, the ROM is not working because of the ext partition on your card - 2.2 ROMs don't care for that partition. Doing what was suggested should fix the problem, but note that doing so will absolutely positively without a doubt (I'm sure, didja get that? :) ) remove all data on your SD card, so you'll want to back it up before making the change.
