sd card

    My samsung 10.1 says memery is full but I have a sd card installed with 4 gb memory I would have thought it would just have gone on to use the space in it but cant seem to get it to do this

    Hi and welcome to Android Forums!

    There are two separate memory locations on Android devices: user memory (which is your internal memory and SD card) and system memory (where apps are stored). You either have too many apps, a full cache or something else.

    Since this is a tablet, I don't know about text messages and you wouldn't have a call log. Therefore, I suggest that you uninstall apps you don't use (or move anything that doesn't have a widget to the SD card) and install a cache cleaner to help ease your system memory issue.
