Greetings to the community. I recently purchased the 7 Edge and am very pleased with it. I also purchased a 256GB SD card for audio, video & photos.

My question. I am trying to copy 3 movies to the SD card. Lord of the Rings Fellowship & Two Towers copied and play fine but I can not for what ever reason get the Return of the King to Play. If I leave it on the Phone it works fine.

Why would some videos work and others not? Precious needs help

Frankly I think you bought a counterfeit micro-SD there. Definitely worth you checking its integrity with SD Insight. Did you buy it from Ebay or something?

    1) There's no such thing yet as a genuine 256GB micro-SD, as far as I know. The largest currently available I believe is 200GB from Sandisk.
    2) You're having difficulty storing some videos on it.
