Root SDcard got all nasty

So, I odined back to stock to try out the official 2.2 - no big deal. After that got old i just wanted to get back to where i was, so I rerooted and all that jazz. Well some where along the process my SDcard lost most of it's files. All my photos are gone, and almost all of the files/folders are missing, including my backup stuff.

I did do a file recovery thing and it seems like most of the stuff is still around, but everything has

i really dont know what could of happen, i know when you flash and root phones tho tings can happen weird things lol thats why they always say back up back up back up everything

I'm tempted to format the sdcard since it seems i've lost most everything. of course i'll back it up as my TitaniumBackup folder could be renamed to work.
