Help Secondary text message notification (with picture)

I started getting two text notifications today, and its rather annoying. I rooted yesterday and have been installing all sorts of stuff in the last 48 hours. Does anybody know where this notification is coming from?

Did you install Handcent SMS?
That looks like one of the Handcent Notification Icons.

To turn off Handcent notifications:
Open Handcent
Menu / Settings / Notification Settings /
uncheck the Notifications box

You'll still receive the system notification, and new messages will appear in both the system Messaging app and Handcent app

Hey John_Roger, If your not sure, download AppBrain from the market, sync it, and post your list of installed apps. Then we can browse your installed apps and find the culprit. See an example in my Signature below.

It's looks like it's Launcher Pro

I've never used LP, but found this thread on the LP Forums

Also found THIS here about Launcher Pro and notification issues

Hope this helps. Maybe someone using LP will chime in.

The funny part....Beautiful Widgets - Pack 2 has an option to use with handcent, so all you guys were right in the first place! But I never installed handcent.

Oh well, its solved!
