Seeing App Advertisements

I'm seeing an ad every once in a while that makes me think I have something installed that I don't want. Pictures included... When the little green android Icon is there I then see the app advertisement.

It's aggressive advertising by AirPush, caused by an app on your phone.

Install an AirPush detector like LookOut's Ad Network Detector to find this app.

Uninstall this app and you'll get rid of this spam

Or if you go to AirPush's website you have the option to permanently opt out of AirPush ads.

I installed the app you suggested, and while it did shed some interesting light on a few things, I did not have anything AirPush related on my phone (though, I'll still opt out- thanks for that!).

I'll keep digging for now.
