Hi, I'm wondering if kingroot can be successful in rooting my sprint Motorola moto x running android 4.4.4 or my Metro PCS Samsung galaxy core prime running android 5.1.1? Or is there another app that can? Oh I already have developer options turned on on my moto x. Thanks so much

On you Galaxy Core Prime look in settings-security and see if you have option to disable Factory Reset Protection. Check in developer options and see if you have option to OEM unlock. These two things have been messing up a lot of people trying to root.

You can find your model number by going to settings- about phone.

    On my Moto X Pure it's settings-about phone-regulatory information

Did more research and found that Sprint does not have 2nd gen/2014 version of Moto X (unless I didn't dig enough) So the 1st gen/2013 Sprint model would be XT1056.
