I purchased an evo in mid august. By the end of the week the Seidio rugged case combo had arrived. At the beginning of Oct. the holster clip broke. I went through the RMA procedure on the website and they responded by e-mail the next day. The email said they would get back to me in 3-5 business days. They did not. However, on about the 6th or 8th business day a package arrived at the house containing a new holster.
