If a Sales Rep (direct or indirect) lies to a customer, what should the cell carrier do?

    Currently, I am finishing off my forensic science (crime & intelligence analysis) degree. Once I graduate I hope to work for either RCMP or CSIS. Working in the US is also a possibility.
