Nope, but there are some scam sites out there that say they have it for pre order. So beware.

You're right about that. I'd stick with known and trusted vendors like Amazon, NewEgg, Best Buy, etc. They'll surely have it first, or nearly then.

This... I think ASUS seriously underestimated demand for the TF and won't make the same mistake again. Also, given its higher price point (i.e., no $399 option), I'm not sure that initial demand will be quite as high this time around (although I expect it to do quite well over time).

I think people were hungry for a more reasonably priced Honeycomb tablet when the TF was launched, given how horribly priced the Xoom was. This time around, price won't be such a huge ASUS advantage.
