I am trying very hard to love my new android ...

But one thing I do a lot on my phone is to send files to friends via SMS (I write poetry and why should I suffer alone!)
But none of the text editors I have tried so far offer the "send as sms" facility I've been used to after years of Nokia Communicators, any suggested apps?

    Thanks in advance

    Jeff

While admitting I should choose my friends more carefully until I do that won't really help with the ones who don't use email!
    :D

There are even some who don't have SMS!

But most people don't have their email with them at all times, I don't for a start, I did have it on my phone but getting about 120 emails an hour means your phone dies!

    Check out "Note Everything" mate.
    Note Everything - Appbrain

You can make notes via text, paint, voice, barcode or google docs.

If you've made one, you can eaily press the menu button and send the note.
    Possible ways of sending it:

    - Send... (SMS, Bluetooth, Facebook, Twitter, Gmail, ...)
    - Send to Calendar (No explanation needed...)
    - Share via barcode (It makes a QR code that someone else can scan and read etc.)
    - Send to Google docs (No explanation needed...)

I hope this helps you a bit more :p
