Sending Contacts From Galaxy S I to III

I just recently bought a Galaxy S III. I exported my S I contacts to my SD card then imported them to my S III. My S III only shows contacts that are not associated with Facebook and my contacts in Facebook than do not have a phone. Where did the rest of my contacts go?

Your Facebook contact info is not going to show up. Google removed the ability to sync facebook contact info over a year ago in Gingerbread.

So my regular contacts that had a phone number and Facebook I will have to manually enter?

I don't know really where they went, but can't you just sync them across?

If you had a phone number for them from Facebook, yes.

If you want pictures synced, look at Haxsync on Google play

I tried to send them via Bluetooth and it didn't work either.

Funny, my Facebook contacts are sync'ed on my s2x running ics. Check the sync settings in the os.

Got my contacts set. Now, every time I receive a new text, the phone "talks" and says "New text from (insert number here)". How do I turn that off?

Menu>Settings>Accessibility>Talk Back>turn it off

Now, my calender does not show my contacts birthdays, but if I go click on a contact in my contact list, it will show their b-day twice. Does this have anything to do with my contacts that are on FB being joined with Friendcaster and the FB app? Should I just use one app?
