Sending my new phone number to contacts on my Android Nexus 4

But now I have my Nexus 4 phone I want to send my new number to all my phone contacts.
But can't seem to figure out how.

Send an email or a text message to them. Do you have your contacts set up in various groups?

If so you can email or text each group this information.
