Im pretty sure most us here would still get it. The specs for this phone is something we have all been looking for.

Sense UI is definitely not a deal breaker for me.

Given that the phone will probably be rooted quickly, I expect custom ROMs with and without Sense to start rolling out shortly thereafter. So no, I would not consider it a dealbreaker at all, if you're willing to be a little adventurous.

I would sit around and hope for someone to get it working on it. But it wouldnt be a deal breaker

sense UI is nice, but it can be emulated by apps on the market, you'd really only be missing a few things like copter view and the new friendstream thing,

there is no way it would stop me, because before the evo i was lusting the N1 which has no sense UI but i still would have been amazingly happy with on sprint

Home++ a android home screen replacement has a copter view and expands your phone to up to 7 home screens.

    Inside your monitor.
I have to say, I would really consider my options without Sense UI. It really makes HTC devices stand out from the rest.

honestly if the evo did not have sense ui i'd probably consider the incredible or desire (if it were offered in the states). i don't like the idea of rooting my phone, and sense really adds a lot more to the phone than just widgets. the way i see it, the evo is just an amazing sense ui experience with a bunch of extra perks like 4g and a front facing camera and huge screen, etc.

It's the hardware specs that has attracted me to the Evo the most.
