Set spam filter

I want to block incoming mail from a specific email address on a Galazy S III. Can this be done?

That depends on the app you're using. In the email app (white envelope with a red @ sealing the point of the flap), open the email, hit the menu and set it as spam. (You can't prevent the email from getting to the email server, you can only prevent your email program from showing it to you.)

Your email provider may also allow you to set certain addresses as spam.
