Not sure if this can be done without an additional app. But does anyone know if there is a way to set a daily reminder? I appreciate any assistance. Ideally I can just set it and forget it and not have to set it every day.

you can use the calendar, or some of the task programs have reminders.

Paco .... not everyone has widgets yet... !!! so maybe not :)

And I sure would not want such a recurring reminder clogging up my calendar when a tucked-away-out-of-site alarm clock would do it perfectly ...

Try this free online service called daily tasker - http://www.dailytasker.com/ - I use it everyday and it's pretty straight foward.

GTasks, free from the Market, does the same thing and sync's with your Google on-line calendar as well. No need to sign up separately to another web site either.
