I need help on how to set up a voicemail system on this type of phone: AT&T GoPhone - ZTE Z740

Call your voicemail. Follow the prompts you'll hear. If you have trouble with that, call AT&T customer support for help. Voicemail is an AT&T thing, not a phone thing - you set it up the same way for the same carrier regardless of which phone you have (even iPhones and Windows phones - and non-smart-phones - set up voicemail the same way).
