So I just rooted and got the SkyRaider 2.5.2 Sense ROM, and I'm looking for a program that will allow me to adjust CPU settings (for battery and performance). I've heard of SetCPU and the OverclockWidget, but was wondering if there were any better alternatives or which one of those is better? I'm looking into this so that I don't have to mess with kernels.

SetCPU is the choice for most people (at least for the Dinc). It works well for what it does.

Yes, if you're not a real user of XDA, you should buy it from the market. If their app is helpful, then please buy it.
