setting Microphone on the Samsung admire SCH-R720 phone.

I have this phone and I need to know how to set the microphone to make out going calls. I call someone; I can hear the person I call, but the person I call can NOT hear me.:(:(. otherwise, it is a fly phone! Please e-mail me at jesuschrysler1@live.com
