Help Setting picture as wallpaper problem...

Newbie here with (as of yet) unrooted phone...

I'm trying to choose one of the photos I took with the phone and set it as wallpaper...everytime I try to do this, it ends up blown up really huge on one part of the picture (like one of my children's eyes or nose, LOL)...but when I look at the picture in my gallery, it's a nice photo, regular size to screen.

What am I doing wrong? How do I get a pic I took with phone to show up as wallpaper in its normal size? Thanks in advance!

Wallpaper Wizardrii has an option to Crop Exact. See if that will work for you.

Quickpic is the best replacement for the stock gallery that i have found.

Found in the playstore.
