Help Setting up mail

I have a school email account and we use MS Outlook, well i go to Setup for email.. and i enter in my information:

error comes up sayings :
-failed to connect ot the exchange servers, . please check exchange server settings


_ not sure what this mean, for server address it automatically put in : wvwc.edu . My school email address is *******@wvwc.edu .

not sure if i did this right?

try webmail.wvwc.edu for the server
