Settings tab as a widget

I've seen a few screen shots where people have their settings tab as a widget. When I got to add widgets and click on settings, it goes into a new page where I can to select wifi, mobile network, gps, bluetooth, airplane mode. I would like to have the whole tab rather than the individual apps.

How do you do this?

I think you are looking for the "Power Control Widget?"

I does not have a 3G data toggle or Airplane on it though....I don't think it does now I can't remember!

^ I believe the "Sync" option in that widget is the 3G widget. I may be wrong though
