for those who ordered from expansys, have you already received your phone? Any issues?

Got mine today at 12:00pm. No issues. Perfect transaction. Paid with PayPal.

Does bb see unlocked phones? VZW has us exclusive for an few months or so
I bought my Nexus S unlocked at BB. If VZW has an exclusive.....then how does Expansys have them?
Well I stand corrected I think they have to wait for vzw to actually release phone before they can sell at retail or with plan?
The Expansys phones are grey market phones... they are sourced overseas, shipped to Expansys USA and then resold to US customers. Warranties are based on the international warranty, and are usually handled by Expansys.
This is not the same as a phone that's distributed to Best Buy from Samsung with a US warranty attached to it. Generally speaking, importers like Expansys and Negri are very upstanding when it comes to phone warranties. However, without that middle-man, getting a phone problem resolved is not as easy as driving to your neighborhood store.

I've ordered mine 11/24, to date order tracking says not yet processed, I wonder what's going on.... tried to call but they are closed on weekend
do you have "order" tracking or actual fedex tracking?
if you ordered on 11/24 there is a chance they were out of stock before your order made it in. sounds like they were absolutely slammed with orders that day and 11/23, especially after phandroid posted their article on the main page. I would try to get a hold them tomorrow and see what's up. if you ordered on the 24th, I think there stock was out... actually think it was out 11/23 in the evening
when I placed my order, it said there were 100+ in stocks. on 11/25 and 11/26 I noticed that my order is still not processed per the order tracking so I called them but my call was directed to a restaurant (weird eh) so I emailed them but didn't receive any reply.
in the order tracking, there's section for "Explanation", at least they would have indicated if they're out of stock.
Looking back, they sold out on the 23rd... if your order went in on the 24th, it was out of stock.
Right on their front page:
"Due to overwhelming demand, we've sold out of our first batch of the Galaxy Nexus within 16 hours! Stick with us, we are still taking orders and have more stock ready to ship this week!!"
following them on facebook, they must have been absolutely slammed with orders/calls about this phone. they stated on the 23rd they had over 500 pre-orders to go through just on the GN.... not even counting the number of orders that came in that same day. On top of that, add in phone calls. I wouldn't worry about your order being fulfilled, just might take a couple extra days longer than you expected.
Just ordered from negrielectronics.com who had it in stock. I paid for overnight shipping. It should be in my hot little hands tomorrow.

That's a drag. I wouldn't be happy about that at all. It would enough for me to cancel.
I called them first and was told they "should " have stock this week. I called Negri and they confirmed they had it in stock. It shipped yesterday as agreed. FedEx says it will be here this morning.
i got mine just fine. i previously ordered an international SGS2 from them about 6mon ago and that went well too.
i'm having to return mine and order a new one though. last night, after just 2 days of use, mine shut off and wouldn't come back on haha
glad i still have the SGS2!
I got mine from expansys yesterday. Since then the screen has malfunctioned a total of six times. It shuts off but still accepts input, requiring a battery pull to get it working again. Every time I call them I get "This inbox is full please call again later", and they haven't responded to any of my emails. I won't be dealing with them again. Absolutely no communication.
i would call sales or customer service instead of going through returns. this is what i tried but i couldn't hold long enough to get my RMA. i've already ordered another though heh. you just gotta have some patience with them. i'm pretty sure they're understaffed and always slammed.
I tried all the lines and always get the same message, except for returns which actually lets me leave a message. I sent them a few emails last week before the phone even shipped and still haven't heard back.
wow! sounds like they're really dropping the ball this time around. hope i can get through later on my lunch break!
