    2) source? picture not on the moto z droid page on motorola site, nor on the incipio power pack page

    I saw it could not get in to fix it from my phone. Went to bed. Had to do it on my laptop.

    No it's called being tired and went to sleep. I noticed it could not fix it from my phone. Did not get out of bed to get on laptop to fix it until this morning.
