Should i buy Neo V

Hey guys, I'm planning to buy a new cellphone. Xperia Ray, Xperia U and Xperia Neo V are the ones in my budget and the ones i like after watching lots of reviews on youtube.
Xperia U isnt recommended by most people as they say 4GB is not alot when you get to android.

so which one would you suggest among Ray and Neo V?

any known issues with Neo V?
would I "NEED" a screen protector or the screen is actually SCRATCH RESISTANT? like Gorilla Glass display is mostly unharmed even if scratched a bit by a key(accidentally ofcourse)

How long does the battery last with moderate use, and how about heavy usage?

If I get a Neo V, or even Ray.
what type of a memory card do I need?
I found these MicroSD and MicroSDHC.
whats the difference? which one is better?


BTW, its going to be my first android device so im not eager to go for ICS straight away, will use GB for a while.

Buy the NEO V.ITS perfect,it can play every game without any lag.
The screen is scratch resistant.
Don't worry about the memory card you will get 2 gb with it and you will have 1 gb of internal storage which are only about 400 mb user avaible
