Also I want to know at what percent should I charge my tablet back. Usually I charge it at 5% over night and it's fully charged when I wake up. But I heard some people said that I should just charge up to 80-90% and one Samsung service person told me to charge to 99%. What is battery discharge ? Are there any recommendations of charging and keeping my battery last longer?

You are doing it a lot of harm by discharging it to 5%, start charging it at 15% at the latest and do not worry too much about unplugging before it hits 100% as I am not sure you are really willing to wake up in the middle of the night only to do that.

Don't discharge the battery, because that is bad for it. Discharge means you use the device until its dead, as in it won't even turn on. Charge to 100% as when that happens, the phone or whatever device is smart enough to stop accepting the electricity, and reject the charge, while keeping the current moving.
