Should I OTA or not? Currently on rooted l3

Here's my dilemma.
I am currently running Senseable 3.1, love it, I do find that the dialer is still a bit laggy though.
Should I downgrade to 1.5 and wait for the OTA? or stick with the rooted v3? (senable or another rom undecided)

Just looking for folks's reasons for going to OTA if you were a rooted user...

I know they are the same, minus a few apps. (the newest OTA changelog vs what the original changelog said a week ago)
I'm not sure if those apps not being there helped the lag. Guess not.
Thank you

There is no difference from the OTA and v3. And as far as I know some of the Devs are creating ROMS based on v3. So you're not going to miss any apps by being rooted. If anything you will have access to more apps then people who aren't rooted. Plus you have the ability to overclock now which will help the performance of your phone.
