I haven't used the phone yet ,but I am running 4.2.1 on my Gnexus and its worse then 4.1, but I think I will keep the phone as I do not want to wait a couple more months for the stock to come back in.

It sounds odd, but 4.2 just feels much better on the N4. It's mainly simple things like swiping to the camera from the lock screen is completely lag-free unlike GNex and the rounded bezel makes swiping notifications and gmail messages more comfortable. Slyness silly, but it's these little design decisions that make it feel like the OS and handset have been designed with each other in mind.
I was thinking of selling mine too whilst they are going for reasonable money, although the main driver for me would be that the phone is so slippery I'm paranoid that I'll smash it!
I sold mine purely for the extra cash. I wool get another once they are more freely available but I can wait. You need to ask yourselfif you can wait or not
I sold mine and went back to my iPhone 5. I wish I would have kept it and tried it out longer. It was really great phone. Now I want to buy another one but alas, who knows when more will become available.
