should I switch from Maxx to S3

I am going to wait and see how battery and signal is first then decide. I like the bigger screen but if it has the same issues the nexus had then I will wait for something else. If it fixes the signal and battery issues I will sell my maxx and grab one for sure.

Same here. I am a maxx user and have been spoiled by great battery life, but like the SGIII software and goodies. But I have heard horror stories about Samsung rf.

I am going to update my Maxx next week to factory ICS and wait for battery and rf feedback from SGIII early adopters.
