shutdown no prompt, posible?

Hi, I'm not really up for developing app in this time in my life and was hoping someone already did this. My phone is rooted, and I dont want a shell/kernel mod.

Anyone know of an app that will shut down the phone without a prompt. What I really need is shut down phone 5min after power unplugged but I could always use a task app for that part. No task apps shut down phone though ;( They do however run an app
