Sign Out of Phone I Don't Own

When I close my gmail tab, I don't sign out of gChat because I'm signed into an android device but I do not own an android device and never signed into one. How do I get my account off this phone?

I don't own an android device, never signed into one, and don't know/have access to the phone my account appears to be signed into. I only know my account is signed into an android device somewhere because I still appear online in gChat when I'm not signed into my gmail.
