We've already reached 100 signatures in less than 24 hours. And we're starting to breach through some communication lines to Samsung. Communicate to Samsung that you are waiting on a 32GB or a 64GB model, or you already purchased a 16GB model, but you would have been much happier to purchase a higher capacity model, if it were available at the time.

Apps are getting larger every day (some requiring almost 2GB), restrictions in Android 4.1 disable moving of apps to external storage, and the system takes a third of the 16GB storage for the OS. That leaves users 10GB on a 16GB device, which is not adequate for the needs for a phone that has the best of everything except the storage capacity that people prefer or absolutely require.

The Samsung Galaxy Note 2 is really selling too well for Samsung to notice that a lot of the customers don't like having no options higher than 16GB. It would be an absolute tragedy if Samsung repeats what they are doing with their future devices because they think they are doing it right by only giving users 16GB models. Please take a minute to sign, and share the petition.

I am confused doesn't it offer an SD card to put in? So you could have it expanded up to 64GB plus the internal storage?

Jelly Bean (Android 4.1 and above) has a new restriction that makes it impossible for people to move the apps to SD. So couple that problem with the OS taking 5GB of your 16GB Note II, leaving your 10.36GB exactly. And some of these games that want 2GB of that 10.36GB. Asphalt 7 (1.49GB), Modern Combat 3 (1.41GB). Only listing games that are not aware of putting these downloads onto the external memory card.

Yes you can root, replace the kernel. But people that are willing to do this are probably the minority. Also a Class 10 (fastest available right now) microSDXC is only half as fast as the internal storage. (Yes, I've verified this doing a benchmark in one of my videos).

It is not a problem for people that don't play 3D games, but maybe a big problem people who want to have a few 3D games on their Note II.

I had almost considered canceling, but there was no other good verizon phone. The DNA is also only 16GB. Shame.

Unfortunately this petition will do nothing. Even if you got 2000 people to sign it, it's still not enough for them to justify putting the 32gb and 64gb models into production. Even if they did you would have to wait to see if your carriers even buy them to offer to their customers.
