Silent ringtone problem.

I feel bad about asking this. I really do. I can't find the thread I saw the fix for this in. Am I not searching right? *sigh*

Point is, my phone's ringtone won't sound and the vibrate won't work. It basically just happened for me for the first time. Can someone post the link to the fix to this or answer it for me?

Again. I know this has been covered. I just can't find the thread or post with the fix. UGH. I hate it when I ask stupid/repeated questions...
