Help Sim will not establish 3G connection

Hi all,

Apologies if this is a known problem, but this is my first time visiting the forum and my searches did not return any results.

Situation:
I have two Sim cards, one for work and one that is for personal use.
I have a Galaxy S and a nokia dumbphone.
My personal sim card establishes 3G connections on both devices.
My work sim, when inserted in the Galaxy S, does not establish a 3G connection.

I have rebooted, gone into Airplane mode and back out, and nothing seems to work. Any ideas? Al responses are greatly appreciated.
