If you've got a Nexus or Pixel device, there is such a tool and it's called the Nexus Root Toolkit by WugFresh.
Any- / everything else is a shot in the dark...and likely does not exist (at least for many/most new devices with recent versions of Android).
Rooting is (and always has been and likely always will be) very dependent on the device, carrier, manufacturer, currently installed version of Android, and whether or not an exploit has been found and that a "simple" root tool has been created for it.
