Simple Question about Cliq and uploading pics

Hey all I'm new to the forums and new to the Smart Phone stuff. Honestly I know next to nothing. Basically...I was wondering how I can upload pics from my phone onto a website directly using the phone. I've got a Motorola Cliq. For example, I'm a member of unexplained mysteries, I wanted to upload a pic for my profile but it says Uploads Disabled. Do I need to download a certain application from the market? It happens on all communities online...the only thing that works is email and phtobucket. Thanks in advance
