Size Wise - iPhone 3G vs Incredible vs EVO 4G?

some of you need to take a ride over to tmobile and check out the hd2 first hand. that will give you a clear understanding of the size of the evo.

Been there, done that. Went right after spending another 30 minutes at the Verizon store checking out the Incredible. Only made me more excited than ever to get the EVO, if it ever launches.

Let's just agree to disagree that there is a HUGE size disparity between the EVO and Incredible. I'm sure we will both be happy with our phones and if for some reason Sprint service isn't everything I want, I'll have an awesome phone, not as BIG as I would like, to fall back on, in the Incredible.

I was thinking about it, I guess you would look at the EVO as the Roseanne Barr of Smartphones, but I guess that would make the Incredible the Rosie O'Donnell, right?

A better way of thinking of it for me would be this:

The Incredible versus the EVO would be like comparing Marissa Miller to Molly Simms. Sure Molly is a little taller and maybe a little wider than Marissa, but both are sure nice and there aren't many guys that wouldn't be more than thrilled to have either one.

The op asked the size question and we answered it. The hd2/evo are definitely bigger than the incredible and iphone. Is it the size of an ipad? No, but for a cell phone it is slab like...and for lots of people its not an issue because the added screen size is nice.

if the increased screen size corresponded to increased resolution... I might consider it more.

I love my Incredible, but I wouldn't mind at all if it were a little wider. I find it hard, if not impossible, to do the 2-thumbed texting thing - my hands are just too close together.
