Help skin problem

This must be INCREDIBLY stupid for me to not be able to find anything by searching, but... Why would my skins (clock and weather) not change after selecting and applying them? I grabbed beautiful widgit and found some I like...it will not change! It's making me crazy. Something SO simple.

Have you tried deleting and reinstalling the app? You won't have to pay again and all of your downloaded skins will be saved. It could just be a corrupt download.

That did not help, but thanks for giving it a go. Is there some other setting that has to changed as well?

Ha. My level of unfamiliarity with this phone is impressive. I finally figured out to long hold on the home page to apply. I was just selecting within the menu and thought that would do it. Herp derp.
