skydrive app will not refresh

I HAVE INSTALLED THE SKYDRIVE APP FOR ANDROID. WHEN I TRY TO ACCESS MY FILES THE FOLLOWING ERROR MESSAGE APPEARS: (we cant refresh the item. Please make sure you are connected to a cellular network or wi fi and try again). This has been going on for the past several weeks. I already have reinstalled the app several times, but the problem persists. I can access the skydrive files with the phones web browser. The problem is only with the skydrive app. HELP!

They just haven't got it all together yet?

The changes would hit Windows first, then Android and IOS.
