is there anyway to make skype to evo calls? i have searched youtube and tried to do this but just cant seem to get it to work with fring...any help or thoughts would be greatly appreciated...sorry if this has been discussed before

Make sure you're running Skype, under menu->add-ons, on Fring.

And the Skype caller should be calling your Skype username. If he dials your phone number, that's going to just make a phone call for him, and ONLY if he's set up his Skype to allow that. (not the way to go, IMO, except for international calls)
