    I installed it and it does not work with video....neither sending or receiving.

    I thought video Skype was not possible on Android till Gingerbread 3.2.3.

    Not according to the marketplace description...

    Two way video calling for selected handsets: Google Nexus S, HTC Desire S, Sony Ericsson Xperia neo, Sony Ericsson Xperia pro

    I just tested it.
    No video.
    I had my hopes up.
    sorry for the false alarm..

    I'm pretty sure the Incredible S has a working fix. I just saw a thread somewhere over at xda.
