Hello everyone! This is my first post on android forums. I am coming from a Blackberry 9700 and have had the slide for over a month. This is my second slide, the first one returned for the sam reason as the problem I am having with my current slide. No matter where I am, but mostly this happens at home, my phone gets stuck on "G". My previous phones (Blackberry 9700 and Cliq) have alway at least gotten Edge. Never G. My phone does get 3G when I leave m house, Edge at the very least. I have called customer care to trouble shoot, tried different SIM cards, hard resets, reconnecting to network. to no avail, this still happens. I got the OTS update today, thought (hoped) that would help, bit it hasn't.
Starting to think T-mobile can't suppot their own phones capabilities. Anyone else havibg this issue?
