Slingplayer Mobile

So I download slingplayer mobile but had some connection issues. So I called slingmedia support and after some tweaking, the rep told me to uninstall the app and then reinstall it! Whoops! There is no option to reinstall. I have to buy the app all over again. I spent 29.99 once. I can't do it again. Any suggestions?

Sling media says that they have no control over the download of the app since it is paid for through google and downloaded from android market.
