Slingplayer updated for ICS for phones with no Menu button?

In phones with Android 4.0, many (outdated?) apps have the Menu button appear as an on-screen button when the phone itself lacks a Menu button (like the new HTC One series phones do).

Does anyone know if Slingplayer has been updated to be compatible with 4.0, so that it doesn't force this on-screen Menu button?

I'd hate to have some of my screen "eaten up" by a stupid menu button.
