slow charge

My Galaxy tab battery takes alot of time to full recharge more than average two or three times
Is it software problem or there's something wrong with the battery?
How can I repair this problem

The charge time is for the tablet turned off. Are you trying to charge it with the tablet turned on?

It's also for the charger that came with it, not for charging it from a computer. (Charging it from a computer gives you a lot less charging current, because the computer can't give you more.)

If you're using the charger, the original cable and the tablet is off when it's charging, the battery is probably going - which can start to happen after a few hundred charges.
