Slow downloading on You Tube

I have a Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 Wi fi 16gb 10.1 purchased 2014. Can someone tell me why it seems sometimes so hard to download videos to watch, i am talking short 5-15mins instructional type not films, it stops, starts and can take a silly length of time to watch what is a very short film. Very frustrating and not what i would expect from a Samsung!

When a video stops and starts like that it's buffering - meaning it's not downloading fast enough. The most common cause is a slow internet connection.

Have you tried selecting a lower quality video? Most Youtube videos are available in 720p, 480p, and 360p - choose a lower number and see if that helps.
