I was checking my download and upload speeds yesterday and today, over my WRT150n router with my Captivate and my 3gs, using the FCC Test app on both, and the Speed Test app, along with CNET's broadband speed test website. I thought it strange that my Captivate kept getting slower download speeds (1.5Mbps) than upload speeds (3Mbps). The reason I even checked it on my 3gs was to see if it did the same thing, but it acted normally, getting 14Mbps down, but about the same up as my Captivate.

I know the Captivate has 802.11n, along with b and g like my 3gs, so that's one difference. Also, I thought it might have to do with the read and write speeds of the storage on the phone that the website and apps were downloading to and uploading from. Anyone out there have an answer?
