Well, sort of.
When copying file to my Win7 pc from the N7, I was very frustrated with the very slow access to the files on the N7. The "Calculating the time required to transfer files" displayed by Win7 doubled (at least) the time it took to transfer the files when moving a bunch of files.
In Win7, you can skip the "calculating" part of the file transfer/copy by holding the "Control" key as you drag and drop the files.
This has saved me hours. Hope it works for some of you!
